Being able to use rulers and templates with your quilting machine is one of the biggest game changers in the world of quilting in recent times, in my opinion anyway! They allow you to get consistent, accurate shapes and lines that are virtually impossible to create free hand. When combines with free motion designs, rulerwork will take your quilting to the next level.
In this course we discuss the things you need to have in place to be able to quilt successfully and safely with rulers, the basic technique as well as designs for different categories of rulers such as straight edge, circles, waves, arcs and inside shapes. By the end of this course you will be able to confidently use rulers and templates and challenge yourself to “What if…?” and create your own designs.
